The Three Hardest Questions to Answer

I was sitting listening to an amazing Thought Leader from New Zealand, Sally Anderson, the other day. She runs a phenomenal set of programs around how we LIVE NOW and stay present to our life. She asked 3 powerful questions. I asked her if I could share them with you as I found them very useful for me personally.

Use these 3 questions to help you get present to what’s important in your life.

  • Question 1: What do you want?
  • Question 2: What are you committed to?
  • Question 3: What are you motivated by?

She explains that these are the hardest questions to get a straight answer on. So take a moment and answer those questions for yourself as you head into the end of the year.

I had a go for myself and thought it may be useful to see a worked up response…

Answer 1: What do you want Matt?
“Freedom to choose what I do and who I do it with!”

Answer 2: What are you committed to?
“Family and the idea that a well formed IDEA can change the world.”

Answer 3: What are you motivated by?
“The idea that there are always improvements we can make in how and what we do.”

So there they are, my imperfect answers, but the questions and the thinking mean a lot to me. I hope you find them valuable.
